3. Radioactive materials, including isotopes, are used in medicine and energy. They require special containers, radiation protection, and strict control.
4. Toxic and infectious substances that require sealed packaging, labeling, and special permits.
5. Oxidizing agents and organic peroxides for which cooling and shock protection are required.
6. Flammable solids such as sulfur or phosphorus. It is worth organizing a dry environment and special packaging.
7. Flammable liquids, which include gasoline, alcohols, and solvents, require airtight containers, protection from ignition sources, and temperature control.
8. Gases, including flammable and non-flammable ones, require specially marked cylinders and ventilation during transportation.
9. Explosives and explosives: fireworks, ammunition, and detonators. Such transportation will require special vehicles and strict adherence to safety regulations.

Who has the right to transport dangerous goods and what documents are required?

Transportation of dangerous goods under ADR regulations is permitted only to those who meet all safety requirements. This way, you can be sure that there is no risk or penalty. Who is entitled to carry out ADR transportation?

• A transport company that has been officially registered and has a license for international transportation.
• A certificate of compliance of the vehicle with ADR requirements is mandatory. It is obtained after special driver training.
• The company must have an authorized person or advisor on the safety of transporting dangerous goods;
• The carrier must have experience working with relevant cargo groups and know the procedures in case of an emergency.

These conditions apply to international and domestic transportation, but in the case of border crossing, compliance with European standards is additionally monitored. What documents will be required when crossing?

• A transport document that contains information about the name of the cargo, UN code, etc.
• Driver instructions provided in writing in the language spoken by the driver. 
• Certificate of approval of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods 
• Certificates of conformity of packaging, documentary confirmation that the packaging complies with ADR standards;
• Customs documents that refer to international transportation and export declaration.

Without these documents, the vehicle will not be allowed across the border or may be stopped for inspection. The likely consequence is delays and administrative liability.
